NEVER SAW DR OSBORNE ALTHOUGH THAT IS WHO THE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE WITH. I was treated by Dr Garcia with whom I have no complaints. He Did a raelly good Job,he was pretty concerned with keeping me out of pain and explained more than once what the proceedure was and why it was needed. I do have a problem with the billing company, I stood in the office after the appointment credit card in hand ready to make the payment for the part that my Insurance woud not cover. I was told that Insurance covered it all and no payment was due. I was also told to ignore the bill that I got in the mail. We'll I am still getting bills in the mail with a late fee added to the balance. The fee is not much and I guess I will pay it but I feel as though I have been STOLEN FROM This is a deal breaker for me and I will not go back to SMILES OF FORT WORTH.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Everyone was friendly and professional. The receptionist at the front desk sets the tone. Carla was patient, kind & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dental office. Also, my teeth were well taken care of.
